OuiRace collects location data when you use our GPS-enabled tracking features, such as mapping routes or tracking runs. This allows us to offer key functionalities like leaderboards and activity comparisons. However, we do not track your location when you are not actively using the Services. You can disable location tracking by adjusting your device settings.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Uploaded content such as photos, videos, comments, likes, and content created through participation in challenges and events.

Activity and Performance Data

When you use our Services, we collect data related to your activities, including time, pace, speed, distance, and geo-location information. You may also upload performance data, including perceived exertion. This information helps analyze your training, generate performance metrics, and improve your experience on OuiRace.

Contact Information

You can choose to sync your device’s contact list or social media accounts to connect with friends and find potential connections. We will only access this data with your explicit consent. We use this information to help you identify other OuiRace users and to facilitate interactions.

Health Information

OuiRace does not collect health-related information, such as heart rate, power, cadence, or other biometrics.

Payment Information

When you make a purchase, such as upgrading to a premium subscription, we collect payment details, including your credit card information or payment service credentials. These payments are processed by third-party PCI-compliant providers, and we do not store your payment information on our servers.

Technical Information and Cookies

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

License: By uploading content, users grant OuiRace a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, adapt, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works from their content for promotional and service enhancement purposes.

User Rights: Content ownership remains with the users.

Attribution: OuiRace commits to reasonably crediting original content creators when possible.

Prohibited Content: Users must refrain from uploading content violating legal standards, intellectual property rights, or content deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Revocation: Content removal requests can be directed to contact@ouirace.com, though previously integrated content may persist in ongoing promotional materials.

   You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information.

   You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
